The Oatpacker Story
Our whiskey owes a big thanks to our furry friends – squirrels! They help us grow the oak trees that provide the wood for our barrels, giving our whiskey its unique flavors. Squirrels bury acorns that later sprout into oak trees, and we’re grateful for their help in creating our beloved spirit. We chose the name OakPacker to pay tribute to these little creatures and their important role in the whiskey-making process.
Our Whiskey
At Oakpacker, we’re passionate about offering the highest quality whiskey. We carefully source only the finest American single malt whiskies that meet our rigorous standards for taste, aroma, and complexity. Trust us for a whiskey crafted with care and attention to detail.
Our Water
At OakPacker, we recognize the importance of water in our whiskey-making process. We consider it to be as vital as whiskey and barrels. To maintain the purity of our whiskey, we use only air-harvested water (AWG) when cutting the proof of whiskey from cask to bottle strength. Our innovative air-harvesting technology enables us to collect pure, clean water directly from the atmosphere, minimizing our reliance on traditional water sources and conserving precious water resources.
Our Philosophy
OakPacker is committed to crafting exceptional whiskey with minimal environmental impact, and our innovative air-harvesting process is just one example of this commitment. We prioritize sustainability in every aspect of our business, from sourcing the finest ingredients to using eco-friendly technologies. By choosing OakPacker whiskey, you’re not only selecting a high-quality spirit but also supporting a company that prioritizes making a positive impact on the world.
